Introduction

GWAStic! Overview

GWAStic! is an web application to easily run GWAS analysis based on the Factored Spectrally Trans-formed Linear Mixed Models (FaST-LMM) and allows a flexible use of individual data with the pos-sibility to inspect the results in interactive plots with integrated export of gene and locus information.
